From site-mapping to design directions, I led the final product to execution

 

Creative direction

The final direction humanized career development and emphasized the deeply personal nature of each individual.

A mosaic of photos was curated in an upward progression symbolizing career growth and belonging within the GCS organization. Playful photography highlighting the individual ensured each GCSer felt cared for and valued.
